2 times silver and 1 time bronze at the World Beer Awards 2024!

Since we started participating in the World Beer Awards in 2021, our beers have won awards every year. This year is no different!

SILVER FOR TREMIST

For the fourth consecutive year, Tremist has been awarded a silver medal in the ‘Saison’ category.

Tremist is a refreshing, copper blond beer (saison style) with an alcohol content of 6.4%. It is the result of a collaboration between Belgian design furniture company Extremis and the Kazematten brewery. This farmhouse ale reflects a sunny day in a glass of fresh, blonde beer. Slightly veiled and nicely rounded with a creamy white foam head. A superb thirst-quencher. The saison beer style is reminiscent of the farmhouse ales that farmers traditionally brewed in the quiet winter months to quench the thirst of their seasonal workers during the hot summer months.

SILVER FOR WIPERS TIMES BLOND

In 2021, our Wipers Times Blond was voted as best blond beer of Belgium, this year it was awarded a silver medal in the 'Belgian Style Blond' category. 

Wipers Times Blond is a blonde, top-fermented specialty beer that is brewed with 4 different grains and solely locally grown hops. This beer has an intense golden-yellow colour and looks very attractive thanks to its robust, cream-coloured head. The main ingredients - hop, malt and other grains – have gained a royal warrant for the supply of a perfectly balanced taste and the herbs can be given credit for the lovely aroma and refreshing finish.

BRONZE FOR WIPERS TIMES TRIPEL

Just like in 2022, Wipers Times Tripel won a bronze medal in the crowded 'Belgian Style Tripel' category. 

Wipers Times Tripel is a fruity, full-bodied top-fermented beer. Like our Wipers Times Blond, our tripel is brewed with 4 grains, 4 spices and local hops only. Wipers Times Tripel smells of delicious ripe, sweet fruit, such as mango, apricot or banana. Because this beer is finished with various spices, including coriander, orange peel and liquorice, the spicy overtone only adds to the flavour of this well-balanced beer. Wipers Times Tripel, a creamy full bodied beer with gentle fruit notes.
