Rudi Ghequire: "We we’re lucky to have the support from the city council of Ypres. It wasn’t easy to start a brewery on a location where there have never been one before. So we bought the installation of an old brewery and adapted it to the 26 meters long basement. There was no gaz, no electricity and no sewerage. But a few months later things began to happen and now there flows beer through the kettles."
